All Proposals must be in the hands of Borough
of Jefferson Hills, Attention: Charles W. Bennett, Interim Borough Manager, 925
Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 on or before 2:00 p.m., prevailing
time, October 12, 2018, and the same will be publicly opened in the Conference
Room at the Municipal Center at that time.
Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words “Sale of Borough Surplus Equipment”.
All Proposals shall remain firm for a
period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
The Borough of Jefferson Hills reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof for any
reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
