"Talks with Councilwoman Ruscitto" occurs on the third Thursday of each month in the George Stoicovy Community Room, which is on the second floor of the Borough Municipal Complex between the Library and Council Chambers. Councilwoman Ruscitto wishes to provide a platform for residents to voice their concerns, issues, or good news in-person.
