YOUR CHIEF OF POLICE: RONALD DZIEZGOWSKI JR.
Chief Dziezgowski has nearly thirty years of law enforcement experience throughout his career, serving with the Port Authority Police of Allegheny County, the Bethel Park Police Department, and now, the Jefferson Hills Police Department. He has worked within many divisions and ranks throughout his career namely Patrol, Detective, Sergeant of Patrol, Detective Sergeant, Administrative Lieutenant, and Chief of Police. He is the Jefferson Hills Police Department’s 7TH Chief of Police.
He also carries forth many Professional Memberships, including the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the PA Chiefs of Police Association, the Western Pennsylvania Chief of Police Association, The Allegheny County Chiefs of Police Association, and the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #91.
Chief Dziezgowski is a 1991 graduate from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managerial Information Systems, a 2019 graduate from California University of Pennsylvania with a Master’s in Legal Studies (Concentration in Criminal Justice) and a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy, Session #275. Chief Dziezgowski looks forward to meeting the residents and business owners of Jefferson Hills.
